1. Matters that may be reported
The Ethics Line is a channel for concerns relating to suspected misconduct involving LearnForgePlus, its representatives or use of the platform. Matters may include fraud, bribery, material conflicts of interest, improper use of personal information, serious security abuse, retaliation or a significant suspected breach of applicable law.
Ordinary course questions, subscription cancellations, payment support requests and routine content corrections should be directed to the usual service or billing support channels. Alleged copyright infringement should be reported through Content Takedown.
2. How to raise a concern
Email legal@learnforgeplus.com with a concise factual description of what occurred, the approximate time, the persons or accounts involved if known, and relevant records. Identify whether you can be contacted for clarification. Provide only information reasonably necessary to assess the concern. Do not transmit passwords or unrelated personal records.
You may raise a concern even if you cannot conclusively establish wrongdoing. We ask that reports be truthful and made in good faith.
3. Review and confidentiality
We will consider the information provided and determine appropriate next steps, which may include requesting clarification, preserving relevant information, restricting access where necessary or referring the matter to an appropriate authority. We will endeavour to handle reports with appropriate discretion and limit access to people who reasonably need the information.
Confidentiality cannot be promised absolutely; disclosure may be legally required or necessary to investigate fairly. This reporting address is operated as a direct LearnForgePlus contact point and is not represented as an independently operated or anonymous hotline.
4. Protection and statutory rights
LearnForgePlus opposes retaliatory action against people raising concerns in good faith. The scope of any statutory whistleblower protection depends on the person, the entity, the subject matter and the law that applies. This page does not change statutory protections, authorise public disclosure of confidential information or replace a legally prescribed reporting process.
5. Emergencies and other avenues
