1. Scope and application
This Policy applies to every prompt, image, document, file, course, quiz, lesson, profile image, upload and generated output created, stored, displayed or shared using LearnForgePlus (Content), regardless of whether it is public or restricted to a workspace. It applies to creators, learners, administrators and anyone authorised to use an account.
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Use. LearnForgePlus may use AI services supplied by third parties. Their terms and safety measures may apply independently; permission from an external tool does not override this Policy. For OpenAI-powered features, the OpenAI Usage Policies may also apply. Our restrictions remain enforceable even if an external provider permits an output.
2. Sexual content and pornography
Users must not use LearnForgePlus to request, generate, upload, distribute, publish or sell pornographic or sexually explicit visual material. This includes graphic depictions of sexual acts, explicit sexual nudity intended for arousal, and sexual exploitation content, whether generated by AI, photographed, manipulated or otherwise obtained.
Non-explicit educational, medical or artistic discussion of anatomy, sexuality or health may be permissible where lawful, age-appropriate and consistent with the educational purpose of the Services. That distinction does not permit explicit sexual imagery or exploitation.
3. Absolute protection of persons under 18
Any sexual depiction, sexualisation, exploitation or grooming of a person under 18 is prohibited. This includes child sexual abuse material, sexualised or explicit images of minors, sexually suggestive depictions, fictional or AI-created children, photorealistic synthetic images, altered photographs and representations that appear to depict a minor. The prohibition applies even if no real child was photographed or the content is described as fictional.
Users must not seek to evade these rules by changing age descriptions, altering an image, using euphemisms or combining separate requests. Content that endangers minors, encourages abuse or facilitates access to exploitative material is also prohibited. Users should not upload suspected illegal imagery to seek a moderation decision.
4. Consent, likeness and intimate images
Users must not create, alter or share intimate or sexual images of an identifiable person without that person’s informed consent and all necessary rights. This prohibition covers deepfakes, face swaps, undressing images, purported private photographs and content presented as authentic when it is not.
Users must not create sexual violence or coercion content, threats to distribute intimate imagery, sexual extortion, stalking, harassment or degrading targeted abuse. Consent to appear in an ordinary photograph is not consent to create intimate or sexualised content.
5. Other harmful or unlawful uses
Users must not employ the Services to facilitate violence or threats, terrorism or extremism, unlawful weapons activity, human exploitation, fraud, scams, identity deception, unauthorised collection or exposure of personal information, targeted hateful abuse, malicious intrusion or unlawful activity.
Users must not produce content that infringes intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights, misrepresents a person’s endorsement, promotes self-harm or dangerous acts, or supplies deceptive professional claims. Content intended to manipulate or deceive learners, including false qualifications or fabricated academic evidence, is prohibited where unlawful or materially misleading.
6. AI-generated content and responsible publication
AI output may be inaccurate, biased, unsafe, incomplete or similar to material belonging to others. Creators must review generated information and images before incorporating them into learning materials, and must obtain necessary permissions for source material and identifiable persons.
Do not include another person’s confidential data or sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads without a lawful basis and appropriate permissions. Users must not disable or attempt to circumvent content filters, safety rules, rate limits, abuse prevention systems or other platform protections.
7. Content moderation and consequences
We may decline a request, restrict an output, disable an AI feature, remove content, investigate reported misuse, or suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, address violations or comply with law. Serious child-safety incidents may be escalated promptly and without prior notification to the account concerned.
Where legally required or authorised, we may preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement, regulators and other competent authorities. Safety measures may involve automated controls, provider controls or investigation of reports; no specific detection rate or continuous human monitoring is promised.
Where appropriate and lawful, an affected user may request review by contacting the address below. Moderation decisions are subject to the Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and applicable legal rights.
8. Reporting harmful content
Report suspected violations to safety@learnforgeplus.com or use our Content Takedown guidance. Provide the relevant course, image or account URL, a brief description and your preferred contact details. Do not attach or forward material you suspect depicts child sexual abuse.
In Australia, suspected illegal or seriously harmful online content may be reported to the eSafety Commissioner. Suspected child sexual exploitation and abuse may be reported to the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation. Contact police or emergency services where appropriate.
9. Policy changes
We may update this Policy to address changes in law, emerging harms, providers or platform capabilities. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. New restrictions may take effect promptly where reasonably necessary to prevent serious harm or unlawful use, subject to applicable rights.
